this french fellow "Lars" has done an outstanding job on his 12 and his helmet.

I'd love to have a streetfighter, but I'd have to have the 'fins' on the sides somewhere....got to have my Wings.
+1 to blitz, he's ridding the wheels off of it in several of the pics.

Thanks L2M, that's it.
ST, I've had them on for a little bit now.
There are no functional issues while riding, as they are not in the way of the feet at all.
It is possible to bump your shins against them a little when putting a foot down though. It is also easily enough avoided: not a real problem at all.
From any view but the top view (rider's position) they look good. From the rider's position they do make her look a bit fat. However, it does seem to me that they are likely excellent protection in case of a crash, so I'm biting the bullet in terms of "feeling fat" deal.

After my latest $5100 tumble, I'm game for anything to minimize the damage next time (hoping there isn't a next time, planning for it anyway).

I think I am going street fighter until I am ready to sell. Shit my 10 mph slide into home plate did about $1,500 in damage. Kawasaki is deliberately, "with intent" making big profits on their plastic and other crash parts. That tail cowl is $459.73!!! A fucking rip-off it should be about $60.00.

Is his the one that there's a pic of it at a gas pump? (I just don't know, that's why I'm asking.)
I was wondering how the SP12 fighter might look in stealth mode... it's a fairly rough chop... "please excuse the crudity of the model: I didn't have time to build it to scale or paint it..."
Speaking of, I would certainly myself prefer the Kawasaki Spark Black to this fairly flat black, though I understand that a somewhat flat black such as the below is at the moment considered more stylish for streetfighters.

That was cool! That was the first 12 fighter that I'd seen, too.
You actually had me going... back when you posted that I actually thought could be a "spy" pic of a bike the factory was road-testing in the US!
