Wanting more power from my zx12r. Wanting to break 190RWP
I wanting to get more power from my 03 ZX12R. Right now I dynoed 171RWP And 93TQ. Mods I currently have are a PC5, Brock's street meg full race system, BMC race filters, stretched . -1 +1 sprockets. I feel like I can get a lot more power with some extra mods. Planning on staying N/A for awile and eventually going boosted. Thanks.

if you plan to turbocharge it later stay with stock bore. you can make 230 hp on a stock motor with low boost and a lot more with upgrades to handle more boost. a stock block will crack with 20 psi of boost and at lot less if you thin it out with a big bore kit. not to mention the big bore will be too much compression for boost and the headgasket will be very thin and prone to blowing.
for now port the head, extend the rev limit, upgrade the valve springs, degree the cams for top end power, add a set of ape studs.

I did head work and no base gasket to bump compression, springs, flashed ecu, extended rev limit, retained cams, velocity stacks, etc. (no head studs as I’m n/a)
Still stock bore x stroke, just got engine back
Working on doing radial fork conversion and zx6 wheel conversion now, should have on dyno and complete by January
