my latest turbo street ZX-12R updates
To make a long story short, i found the limits of stock pistons with a turbo system, and then upgraded everything.

Yeah they don't let you hotlink the images. Either you can see it because you have them cached already or maybe just because you are logged into that board.

i guess not...
added some oil capacity
had a head o ringed and then i ported it
the intake didnt need as much work
This bit was a lot of work
(pressure testing)
the core kinda gets in the way of mounting a damper with the conventional bolt and nut method, threaded bosses work great
sharp ended sanded down some and polished
new header
angled inlet
just fits with the large diameter, stubby wix filter
no filter poking out
intercooler heat exchanger clearance (tight fit!)
its all stock I swear! just a slip on can, doesnt even have a power commander :P wanna race?
spring and a second small stage of boost on a button for special occasions. sae and std correction factor. this is on pump gas and the 300+ pull averages about 12 psi. stayed conservative for a change and stopped turning it up there.

been out a few times now, finally got insurance last week. have just been on the "low power" setting so far and im quite happy with it. its a little on the rich side at cruise so going to throw it back on the dyno and tweak the vac tables slightly and try and get a little better fuel economy... all stuff under 10%tps. its an animal at 7k. power wheelies on command with the land speed gearing in 2nd.
