Last nights track results,,,, not fast but steady
It been a few months since I've been to the track so any #'s in the 9's made me happy. Anyway , it was in the lower 80's here last night with humidity thick enough that you could "see" the air under the lights.
I have never been this consistent before with my 60' times
10.07@142.45 (1.74 60' , 6.62 1/8 @ 113.93) .019 RT
9.98@142.50 (1.73 60' , 6.55 1/8 @ 114.66) -.025 RT
9.96@143.20 (1.72 60' , 6.54 1/8 @ 114.68) .183 (ugly) RT
9.98@143.16 (1.74 60' , 6.56 1/8 @ 115.12) .085 RT
9.96@143.20 (1.72 60' , 6.54 1/8 @ 115.03) .090 RT
I was in amazement watching a 69' Chevelle who was pulling 4.89's in the 1/8 @151mph.

You would have without a doubt won a bracket race with being that steady.

I've actually never bracket raced before. I always thought I'd choke under the pressure so instead I always went to the test & tune nights. I also never liked the idea of paying $50+ to get in possibly 4 passes but I guess that's part of the allure of bracket racing. Can you make it to the next heat?
