Just put a down payment on mine today, I'm 28. Thank God for State Farm insurance or otherwise I'd be paying a fortune for coverage on these things.

22 here, bought a zx10r when I was 16, rode it 6 years and just got the 14 a couple of months ago. Luckily I had a good group of older riders (have also been racing with the same guys since I was 16) because I was in way over my head with the zx10, took it slow and never when down on it

42 for me.
So with me the sample group is 10 people. The average is 41.2 so far.
Guess that makes me pretty damn close to the average.
I'd be willing to bet that once the sample is 30 or more people, it will still be with a 2 or 3 of 41. 41 seems about right to me. I was 38 when I got mine back in 2007.
