Try disconnecting the PC.if it starts pulling there's your problem. Also check your air filter, the ram air works so good it sucks in everything. Mine was so plugged it looked like clay in there.I have even found little parts of gixxers in there as I blow by

Check your fuel flow, internal filter may be getting blocked

A friend of mine had the same problem on his B-KING. It turned out that it was a clogged up fuel injector from the bike siting for a period of time. The local BMW dealership had a pressurized fuel cleaning machine and it fixed his problem.

Check the ground on your pc. Run it direct to the battery.

No, you don't have to pull out the injectors.

better to test flow than try and see if the filter is blocked
There will be a wire from the fuel pump relay that runs to the ecu , the ecu gnds this to turn the pump on, not familiar with the kawasaki wiring or colors yet so someone here may be able to identify it ,
If you stick a piece of stripped back wire in beside that wire from below and bolt the other end to a good ground point you can then use the key to turn on the fuel pump

run a hose from the tank outlet to a container and key on for 30 secs , you should be able to compare the volume with specs from the manual
but basically i would be looking for 400cc or more (800cc/min)
be carefull around raw fuel
