I can't help you with your question but I would like an answer also. I'm thinking of buying one and having it flashed just so I can keep the original "original".

A buddy of mine just bought a 12R engine complete with TB's and an ECU, he just needs the engine and will be selling the ECU & TB's.
Make an offer on them (or each) and I'll pass the word along.

Are you saying you blew up a 2012 zx14r engine? If so, I'd be interested in buying the blown up engine.

my offer wouldn't be anywhere near that price, my interest would be to keep the original and flash a spare so i could switch back if need be. i have tootoo few miles at the moment to flash the original. but if no one else is interested i would
invest $100 to set it aside if it's good condition. if you are not interest at the price i understand.

I see them offered on Ebay at reasonable prices. Small price to pay to keep your warranty in check.

All other model ECU are reasonable but the 2012 14 is between 3 and 4 hundred. A hundred is too low but thanks anyway lou
