The second video gets the message across much more effectively IMO. I'm not sure a non rider would get the point in the first video. I never see PSAs like this in the states at least not in Michigan, we could use some for sure.

I find that one on one education is best.
Whenever I have a close call on a bike I make sure the other driver never forgets

Over in England we get shock tactics too, these are obviously aimed at the car drivers. I don't like the sick humour though, it trivialises the injuries we can suffer and the vid was almost certainly not made by a biker. I'm sure they work but I do like the more informative films aimed at the rider, defensive riding works too.
