It's all about the Benjamins.
This weekend in racing proved to be incredibly exciting for YAMAHA with Ben Spies taking his first win in World Superbike race aboard the all new Yamaha R1 and Ben Bostrom winning the Daytona 200 aboard his Yamaha R6!
Many of us predicted YAMAHA would be the team to watch in '09 across all leagues of racing.

AMA sux I know, but both Benjamins won - WSBK and AMA both!
I suspect WSBK is going to gain a LOT of ground on MotoGP these next few seasons.
And I'll be surprised if AMA survives

Spies - no surprise. Bostrom in the 200 - no surprise. And as predicted, Suzuki won the Superbike race, and will likely continue to do so all season.
I believe the 600 class will be entertaining though. All brands have a chance to win (not too sure about the Buell, but they may be competitive on other tracks outside of Daytona as well).
