Chain drive conversion will be the biggest improvement. And I'm sure the exhaust is about 25+ lbs. too heavy as well.

I don't know, it's already got:
Aluminum frame
Aluminum sub-frame
Aluminum swingarm
Aluminum triples
Smaller engine(physical dimensions) than the previous Max
Titanium mufflers
Magnesium clutch cover
Magnesium AC magneto cover
Magnesium drive shaft cover
Polyethylene 3.9 liter gas tank
"Lightweight" bodywork
Chain drive, full Ti pipes are all that's left.

Some others too add too the above items noted.
Wheels
Battery
Rotors
Bolts replace with Ti
Remove passenger pegs, turn signals, tool kit.
Smaller tires
Inside the cases prolly be some more savings there.
Sponden over in the UK prolly can make a frame that is lighter than OEM.
Big CC prolly will come out with Turbo kit + Spondon frame+ chain conversion dattle be a nice combo...

I imagine it has a massive diesel sized crank and flywheel.....
That would be a great starting point internally i am sure.
