Important Note: The Kawasaki Ninja H2R and H2 are limited-release production motorcycles, available for a short time in select markets. In order to reserve one of the world’s first supercharged production streetbikes, make a deposit at your local authorized Kawasaki dealer no later than December 19, 2014. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured only with a deposit.

Yeah I thought the "order by dec 19th" thing was a bit odd. Guess they're trying the pre-order business approach, and just make as many as they have orders for. Or artificial exclusivity/hype.

Ok, just got back from the dealer. It's really quite different. The orders are more like COPO orders from your car dealership. $2500 down required and KHI is selling the bike to you directly. The dealer is only involved in the ordering process.

At least the conversion is correct for a change. Not like the days where we have do pay the currency diff plus 10 or 20%.

I initially thot that the the order was going straight to KHI, but it's going to KMC...I would suppose your order would be going to CKM

"Select Markets" spooked me when I first read it...I'm in friggin Idaho after all...Not exactly a hotbed of sportbike riders here.
I think it's a good idea to do it sooner or later if you are going to... At least it's not like trying to buy a Hellcat, with every dealer marking them up $20k

Im in rural Tennessee cant hear the blower in urban areas too crowded
