Everything on the Track for the 85th edition of the Six Days in Mexico

KTM is pleased to announce that following the official FIM inspection of the site and facilities for the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE 2010) all FIM regulations have been fulfilled for the event in Morelia, Michoacan in Mexico on November 1-6, 2010.

KTM and all the participating riders can now look forward to a great edition of the oldest offroad competition in the motor sports calendar with six great days of tough riding over challenging and interesting terrain.

Igancio Verneda, FIM motorsport coordinator for this event has confirmed that the local organizers have satisfied all of FIM's requirements for the event and are all set to welcome the international ISDE family to Mexico. Every year, the ISDE is a unique opportunity to test personal riding skills against the elements and nature while enjoying six days of camaraderie with like-minded people beyond comparison.

In 2010 KTM is proud to be the biggest represented brand at the ISDE, with approximately 50% of the competitors choosing the orange racing machines made in Austria. Many of them will also choose the special edition KTM EXC "Six Days" bikes. The 2010 KTM EXC "Six Days" come in the following models: 2-Stroke: 125 EXC, 250 EXC, 300 EXC; 4-Stroke: 250 EXC-F, 450 EXC and the 530 EXC. This models offer numerous special features to master even the most impassable terrain and to assure the best possible performance for the riders.

Rental Bikes, Spare Parts and Special Race Service
Always "Ready to Race" KTM is again offering full support to riders who want to share the unique ISDE experience. KTM, together with KTM North America is offering exclusive leasing of the KTM EXC Six Days motorcycles and a transport service to Morelia. All KTM riders will also be able to take advantage of the KTM Spare Parts service. KTM and KTM North America are also offering customers the special Race Service packages to ensure participants can get down to the serious business of riding, competing and having fun in a great atmosphere.

About the KTM Race Service
The special KTM Race Service in 2010 will provide the best support for 50 riders from 15 nations to confirm that ISDE riders appreciate and trust KTM as the world's best offroad brand.

In 2010 the Race Service includes access to the KTM Service Stations as well as technical assistance for the whole event in accordance with the FIM regulations. Appropriate tools and all kinds of machinery material will be provided. Spare parts are available and emergency assistance will be on-site. Air filters (two per race day); "Ready to Race" carburetor setting; first service on the bike after the pre-ride session and if required, de-restriction of the bike will be offered. In addition, all Race Service customers will receive daily updates for settings and all race information. The KTM Support Team will also offer a technical workshop with the professional mechanics on the rest day before the official start of the race to give last instructions for all stages of the race.

Because KTM highly values the commitment of these riders there will again be an unofficial tribute to KTM's toughest riders.
