GSX-R MEETING KICKS OFF IN ZOLDER WITH SCHWANTZ2018-07-07 14:56
The opening GSX-R Meeting has kicked off at Zolder Circuit in Belgium with more than 500 Suzuki dealers and fans, plus 300 GSX-R machines joining former Suzuki World 500GP Champion Kevin Schwantz.
The event is being held in conjunction with the German IDM Superbike Championship and organised by Suzuki Germany. Schwantz was on hand to sign autographs, with one of the highlights being a group photo of Suzuki GSX-R fans and their machines.
Suzuki fans also enjoyed several workshops from Motul, Dunlop and also a suspension workshop from the GSX-R Cup partner Zupin and for the GSX-R riders, Zupin offered a professional suspension set-up free of charge.
Tomorrow Suzuki MotoGP rider Alex Rins will join the event as an additional special guest, another highlight being a demonstration lap with Schwantz, Rins and all the GSX-R riders planned.
