JAPAN - MOTO2 PREVIEW

2018-10-15 08:13
Situated amongst the stunning surroundings of the northern Kanto district, the Twin Ring Motegi Circuit in Japan will kick start the first of three back-to-back races for the MotoGP paddock.

Following his first point scoring finish within the intermediate class in Thailand one week ago, PETRONAS Sprinta Racing rider Niki Tuuli is determined to continue his positive momentum at this weekends Japanese Grand Prix.

#66 Niki Tuuli

“I’m looking forward to Japan. It’s a new track for me, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. I think we need to continue where we ended in Buri-Ram. We had a good pace in the race, so I need to start in the same way as Thailand and ride as many laps as possible and really work on finding my rhythm. I need to work on my mindset when riding too; I have to focus more on the race and not only the lap times. I think if I do this this we can have a good weekend at Motegi.”
