iOneMoto Inc. Acquires SE Moto Brand And Product Lineup Of Composite Motorcycle Bodywork

2019-03-29 08:42
iOneMoto Inc., a premium manufacturer of motorcycle bodywork and components, has added the SE Moto brand to its growing product lineup.

SharkSkinz road racing bodywork, Catalyst drag racing bodywork, and TighTails subframes and upper fairing stays are already well-known iOneMoto brands, and Fred Baly, owner of iOneMoto, is proud to announce the acquisition of the SE Moto brand.

SE Moto was initially launched as a brand offshoot of SE Composites, a Georgia-based company owned by noted motorcycle road racer and crew chief Ed Sullivan. Sullivan will continue to own the SE Composites brand, and he will also continue to develop and produce a wide range of carbon-fiber and composite products and components under the SE Composites brand.

About the acquisition, Baly commented, "The SE Moto brand, product line, and manufacturing process are exactly what we’ve been looking for. SE Moto meshes perfectly with our business model, and the brand will enable us to expand our offerings and continue innovating for our customers and our future."

Sullivan said, "After six months of discussions with Fred, it was clear that the SE Moto product line is a perfect fit with iOneMoto. I am really excited to see the brand grow and reach its full potential under Fred’s ownership. I’m also happy that I’ll be working with Fred and his people to develop future SE Moto products.”
