Norrodin hoping to go out in style with PETRONAS Sprinta Racing2019-11-15 02:37
Adam Norrodin is keen to see out his final weekend with PETRONAS Sprinta Racing in the best way possible at this weekend’s Gran Premio de la Comunitat Valenciana, as his time deputising for the injured Khairul Idham Pawi comes to an end at the final race of the 2019 Moto2 season this weekend at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo.
Set to start his seventh race weekend with the team, a crash last time out at his home race at the Sepang International Circuit means that he’s keen to finish on a high in Valencia. Making steady progress despite jumping into the squad mid-season, the team’s target for the final round is to continue with the development Norrodin has been showing since first jumping on the bike at the San Marino GP. A capable rider in wet and dry conditions, he should also be prepared for any eventuality given the unpredictability of Valencia’s weather in mid-November.
The 2019 Moto2 season will conclude this weekend at the Gran Premio de la Comunitat Valenciana, with track action getting underway on Friday 15th November at 1055 local time (1755 Malaysian time) and with race day on Sunday 17th November.

“Valencia isn’t an easy track and not somewhere where I’ve had great results in the past, but we’ll see what the weekend brings. The Malaysian Grand Prix was disappointing for me, so the target for Valencia is to make improvements again. My personal goal is always to continue to improve. This will be the last race for me in Moto2 and it’s been an incredible opportunity with the team. It’s hasn’t been easy to come in halfway through the season, but I’ve learned a lot which will benefit my future career and progress.”
