Rumours continue to surround the all new ZX-14, questioning its origins and styling. Kawasaki's latestest flagship bike is being touted by KMC as the "Busa killer". Discussion at ZX-14.com has unearthed concept sketches from the ZX-12R design team, circa 1999 or earlier. Discussion at Bikeland.org back in 2000 with regards to the design of the 12R had suggested that the marketing people had won out over the engineers, leaving the 12R just shy of the Busa for speed.
